To create a Camperstop.com account, go to www.camperstop.com/en/sign-up-login. Fill in your email address and click on 'create new account'. Follow the instructions that appear.

Logging into the Camperstop App and a paid licence are separate. The paid licence is linked to your Google or Apple account. To use the Camperstop App, it is not necessary to log in. However, it is possible to synchronise your Camperstop.com account with your Camperstop-App licence to save favourites, for example. Logging in is done via the main menu item MANAGEMENT, clicking on 'ACCOUNT'. Here you log in under the heading 'CAMPERSTOP.COM'.

Yes, the Camperstop-App can also be used without an account. Please note: You cannot save your favourite motorhome stopovers or write reviews without an account.

Use of the Camperstop-App costs you only € 6.99 / year. By purchasing the Camperstop Europe motorhome guide you can use the Camperstop-App for free for one year.

The first time you download the Camperstop-App you will receive a 7 day trial license. You can then test and try the Camperstop-App without any obligations. After these 7 days you have the possibility to buy the license.

The trial licence runs for 7 days from the time of download. It is therefore not considered how often it is used in the 7 days.

Yes. the trial licence is the same as the paid licence.

After downloading the Camperstop-App, you can buy your licence via menu item: MANAGEMENT > PURCHASE LICENSE > BUY NOW.

Within the Camperstop-App, you can check the license’s validity. Go to menu item: MANAGEMENT. In the top-right corner, you’ll see ‘LICENSE’, which tells you the validity of your license.

It is possible to use a licence on multiple devices, but you must be logged in on all devices with the same iOS or Google Play account. Only then can the licence be synchronised.

Are you logged in with the same iOS or Google Play account but is the synchronisation not happening automatically? To synchronize the license, you need to restore the purchase on the device (which is not working yet) via menu item: 

MANAGEMENT > PURCHASE LICENSE > RESTORE PURCHASE.

Are you using a promotional code which entitles you to FREE use of the Camperstop-App? Then you can log in on max. 2 devices to use the license.

Yes, the licence you take out renews automatically. So there will never be any surprises along the way. Of course, the licence can be terminated immediately after closing (opening of starting?) it, but this will not affect the validity of the licence for the remaining period.

To activate a Camperstop-App promotional code, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Camperstop-App on a phone or tablet and open the app.
2. Select LANGUAGE.
3. Go to MANAGEMENT.
4. Click ACTIVATE WITH CODE.
5. Fill in the PROMOTION CODE with your personal information.
6. You will receive a notification that your license has been activated.
7. Have fun travelling with the Camperstop App!

Sure! Once you have purchased a license through the Google Play Store (Android) or iOS Appstore (Apple). Then, go to MANAGEMENT > PURCHASE LICENSE > RESTORE PURCHASE. Still unable to succeed? You might have to shut down the app and restart.

Log in with your own e-mail and password. When you are logged in, you can restart the app. Your license should work now.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to purchase the Camperstop-App via any other way than the App store. We are currently looking for another solution so that it is still possible to make the Camperstop-App accessible to everyone.

You can download the Camperstop-App from the Google Play Store (Android) or iOS Appstore (Apple). 

The Camperstop-App can be downloaded on all Android & iOS (Apple) devices, both smartphones and tablets. Note: with older versions of the operating system, it may occur that certain functionalities of the Camperstop-App do not work / work less. Camperstop advises to use min. Android version 8.0 for iOS Apple is minimal 10.0.

The Camperstop-App is optimized for the use on smartphones and tablets. Camperstop.com is optimized for use on desktop/laptop.

You can find this in MANAGEMENT. In the top-left corner, you’ll see which version of the app you’re currently using.

Yes, it is possible to change the language. Go to MANAGEMENT > ACCOUNT > SWITCH LANGUAGE.

No, you cannot use the Camperstop-App offline. The old app had the possibility to download maps and use these offline. Because of the substantially higher costs to implement this and the relatively low usage of this function, we considerately decided to not return this feature to the renewed app. 

We have over 13,000 motorhome stopovers, all filtered in different types and indicated with an own symbol. You’ll find these symbols at menu item: MANAGEMENT > LEGENDA.

Yes! Click on CAMPERSTOPS. The, click on the funnel in the top-right corner. You’ll now enter the search-/filter environment. Click Show results to show all camperstops that apply to your filters. Please note: delete all filters if you want to view all motorhome stopovers.

There are multiple ways in which you can find motorhome stopovers in the app. You can directly search for a specific motorhome stopover on the homepage. At the menu item CAMPERSTOPS, you can find motorhome stopovers via a map, a list and a search bar.

First, you can search and find a motorhome stopover through the map, a list or the search bar. When you have found the desired motorhome stopover you can click on it, this will lead you to a page with more detailled information on the motorhome stopover.

If you go to the menu item CAMPERSTOPS, you'll find the menu item WEATHER underneath the search bar. If you click on this menu-item, the map will show you the weather forecasts of several regions.

Did you come across information about motorhome stopover that we miss in our database? You can very easily report this to us via the DETAIL PAGE of the particular motorhome stopover. You’ll do this by clicking on UPLOAD PHOTO or REPORT CHANGES.

Have you come across a new motorhome stopover that we do not yet have in our database? Then you can easily let us know via the HOME PAGE. Click on ADD at Add motor home park, fill in the form, upload a photo if required and click send. After approval by one of our staff members, the motorhome stopover will be added to our database and you will be able to find it in the Camperstop-App and on Camperstop.com within a few working days. 

Have you found a motorhome stopover you'd like to save for later? Click on the relevant motorhome site and click on the HEART in the top right corner. Please note: make sure you are logged in, otherwise you won't be able to save favourite motorhome stopover. 

Have you saved a motorhome stopover as a favourite, but want to delete it from your favourites list? Click on FAVOURITES. Swipe the motorhome stopover you want to delete to the left and click on the BIN.

Yes, if you are logged in with your Camperstop.com account (via menu item: MANAGEMENT > ACCOUNT) your favourites are synchronised.

When you have found a motorhome stopover and are on the detailled information page of the said stopover, you can write a review. In the centre of the detailled information page there is a button ''Write a review''. Here, you can leave a review on the motorhome stopover. Attention: to write a review you need to register a name and e-mail adress. You can do this through MANAGEMENT > ACCOUNT.
