Motorhome-trip through Slovenia

Slovenia has a varied landscape with many caves, lakes and forests. But the country also has many beautiful old towns, such as Ptuj. For the most beautiful nature you can take your motorhome to the fairytale-like Lake Bled. For wine lovers, the wine region Podravska is a real must to visit during a motorhome journey through Slovenia. This is the oldest and largest wine region of the country. The variety of activities in nature and the small towns, each with their own character, make Slovenia a perfect country for a campervan holiday for young and old.

A toll vignette is obligatory on motorways and highways in Slovenia. You can purchase this at a petrol station in the country or at the border. A warning triangle, first-aid kit, safety vest and spare lamp are required to carry in the motorhome. From 15 November to 15 March, winter tyres or snow chains are also compulsory.
